How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after your order ships.

Where do you ship? How much does it cost?

We ship across the United States. Shipping is free for the contiguous 48 states. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address you used at checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you with the return.

What if my item arrives damaged or with missing parts?

Please contact us right away with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will help make it right.

Products

Do your products require assembly?

Most of our larger items (chicken coops, sheds, gazebos, fire pit tables) require some assembly. Every product ships with instructions and the hardware you need.

How do I care for my outdoor products?

Covering your products during heavy rain or snow extends their life. Metal frames benefit from an occasional wipe-down, and fabric covers should be kept clean and dry when stored.
