I just put the swing together today, so a review may be premature, but i felt it was merited. It arrived a few days ago and i began assembly only to find that one of the nuts had no threading. I was stuck. I contacted the seller and they very promptly sent me not only the nut, but a full hardware kit. They were extremely polite, very communicative and most certainly helpful. The swing looks very nice, seems well built, feels sturdy and makes zero noise. It does have a slight bump in the center when deployed as a bed, due to the structure of the frame, but it's not horrible and i think a blanket would solve that issue completely. So far i am quite happy with the purchase and am excited for many summertime naps. May even sleep outside a night or two. Also, long enough to lay down completely. Super important.
